Wont open

I downloaded everything, including winpcap but when ever I click on it, it refreshes for a sec and does nothing. I’ve also tried running it as admin but it was the same outcome. Please help

I have a simple solution to your problem just go to my youtube video to see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HV1EVNGte-A all you have to do is extract your files with file explorer and not win rar pls sub im small

yeh same here the video is unavailable for me and i got all the software etc and still wont open please help because i really want to use lance
