ARP Spoofing will not start.

I load up the application but when I try to activate ARP Spoofing it says that my MAC Address is invalid and that the adaptor is possibly disabled. I have checked and the adaptor in enabled, IPv6 is turned off and everything is installed. I even tried the help page and it still does not work. How can I fix this?
